Can we skip the part where holier-than-thou types post about how all credit cards are evil and only suckers would—oh, too late.

Many of them are very (comparatively) expensive, sure. But still a good deal if you can get 'em free :)

30 apps that have a suggested retail value of $100, but are they worth $100? Hell no.

A lesser known but very effective option to getting a job at Amazon is to start off as a contractor and gain some experience. To find these jobs you'd need to approach the approved staffing agencies for Amazon and start building a rapport with the recruiters there. These are professional jobs from software engineers

So uh, what's the salary range we're talking about for positions at Amazon??

funny, I just interviewed with Amazon last month. 2 very difficult phone interviews. I was so glad when they finally rejected me, just because I wouldn't have to do another one.

6 hour interview is ridiculous.

Well, I am pretty good at HTML, but i don't think they would hire a 14 year old

The modesty is seeping out of your every pour... Oh wait, that's massive perspiration...

No entry level mechanical engineering jobs... :(

I work for Amazon. Nothing special you can do but the interview process for managers is brutal! 6 hours is not uncommon and you are interviewed by up to 8 people. The best thing you can do is come relaxed and be able to think on your feet!

Sadly, I'm an unappreciated genius. (and modest too) ;)

six hours isn't that long... I've never had an on-site job interview shorter than a full day. Depending on the job, you might give a presentation. You meet with a number of people for 30-60min each. Throw in an hour lunch in there, and that's a full day.

question is, what CAN'T they be doing. like finish the star wars trilogy

age doesn't matter if you happen to be some kind of genius. at the least, you'll get an internship

Minimum age?

What could they possibly be doing in an interview for SIX hours?!

Sucks for the underaged : me.
