Thankfully I de-crapified McAfee off my recently purchased cheapo XP netbook.

With Firefox, I use an add-on called Too Many Tabs (TMT). It allows me to move open tabs to new rows, and I can keep adding rows as needed. The nice thing about this is that not only can I move tabs out of the way, but it also acts as a temporary bookmarking utility. When I close the browser and then reopen it later,

I'm itching to get a new computer, but I've been burned WAY too many times by various versions of Windows. I've seriously been considering Mac, but obviously the price and somewhat smaller pool of software and peripherals has me concerned. Brilliant! I like this better than Firefox add-ons because if I'm using multiple computers (home and work, for instance), I have to keep the add-ons synced. Not so with this solution.

@Ike_Skelton: Ditto. If you're going for a particular look, and you're a pro (and a photojournalist, to boot) then I think shooting with the real thing is important.

The worst thing is when you miss patches of skin in plainly visible places like your forehead. Nice streaks of red and white as a reminder of your low IQ.

I wish they'd kept fixed-width font. I also wish I could figure out why they'd get rid of any properly-functioning feature.
