it's a comedy, most comedy revert to the status quo by the end of every episode, community didn't it told a more compelling story than most even thought it didn't have to because it was a comedy and they are meant to be funny.
So go watch Breaking Bad or Mad Men if you want a well told story.

Check out Image's recent Glory relaunch if you want to see an incredibly over-built female superhero who was originaly drawn by Rob Liefeld as basicaly an underwear model with supernatural super-strength. The new creative team decided to draw Glory in non-combative mode as toned but more big boned in

I know this word gets tossed around a lot but it feels appropriate, sociopath, they find it very easy to turn on the charm and ingratiate themselves but are always look for an edge and exploit people for their own ends, I think Hubbard was Cruise maybe, maybe not.

Oh I dont know, maybe they should consider a smoke monster polar bear or maybe a hatch which hides an abandoned research facility.
Actually I might be wrong but wasn't the secret military facility introduced by this time in the second series of Jeremiah, cause an abandoned or occupied base of operation could work well

Listen to yourself, you're agreeing with Uwe Boll, he's Hitler if there had been a tax break in terrible watercolors.
Actually maybe we have a moral obligation to make his films mildly successful just so he doesn't restart the Nazi Party, annex hollywood and put movie critics in concentration camps.

I was in the same situation last season and gave up, I gave it another chance and watched the S2 first episode but barely maintained interest and didn't bother with the second.
The humans are just as stupid and to compensate the aliens are even dumber than that.

It's funny you should say that because I had the opposite problem with Farscape which I just tried watching after a recommendation in the Serenity comments. The characters are explored so slowly and broadly they felt one-dimensional for the first half of season one, I wanted them to already be a team when it started
