I have been calling the calls for these things to be removed as low effort virtue signalling. I would rather the focus and attention be placed on things that will have actual benefits. Things like ending the failed War on Drugs.
I have seen little to no evidence of social distancing at these protests.
Stay home and let other people get sick. I truly hope that these medical professionals that lambasted the reopening protests but have rationalized the Floyd protests are ready for the tidal wave that is coming. If we thought March was bad we have another thing coming in June and July.
How about ending the failed War on Drugs which creates and adversarial dynamic between cops and certain communities and it will reduce the amount of black and black crime which is a much bigger issue.
