I assumed the photographer to be Asian since thearly article says foreigners aren’t allowed. I want to know more about how he got access because even if he could blend in, tourists are kept under watch by their guides and aren’t allowed to wander. A smartphone by itself would be a dead giveaway that he’s a foreigner.
