I don't dispute that it is a problem, but I do dispute that anti-vaccination beliefs are widespread in any way (as this articles and some like it imply). It is a very fringe belief. Unfortunately the consequences may be severe.

They are an extreme minority yes? The overall vaccination rate in the US is about 90% - if you take out a few concentrations of anti-vaxxers the rate climbs to about 97%.
