@luckycharms: And of the hacks listed, how many really involve items that cost less than $100?

That was funky

I remember when Google Maps gave me wrong directions to Advanced Auto Parts.. I was a block off, I ended up parking where it told me to, and just called them and asked where they were in relation to me. That method seems to work quite well.

@geolemon: I am agreeing with many parts of this. Especially Android phones being referred to as "droid phones" I have a friend that does this quite frequently. Yesterday she and another person were discussing phones. The "other person" states they have an iPhone. My friend says I have a "droid" and then says that I

Whoever thought this was a good idea probably shouldn't have a job anymore.

@van_line: Unless you are the customer. I am pretty sure it says "do not remove except by owner" or something similar

All have pro's and con's. To me its really the network, then the phone. A superduperphone is great, but if you get no service, then whats the use?

@taws34: Thing is, no one will pay the $75 fee then. Someone see's "hey, fire department put out there fire without paying, why should I pay". Do I agree with the payment? No. But I do believe they handled it correctly in a political sense. Unfortunately life isn't all common sense. Yea it sucks, but we have to deal

Even though it is terrible that this happened, I agree they did the right thing. If there is a policy, it should be followed.

@Nicholas Wiczynski: I hope so too. Integrated storage would be nice, but this is dependent on the manufacturer

I am liking it so far. To me it has good specs for a tablet, and nice features to match it

@Teran: Multiplayer games?

@jepzilla: If they did airlines like they did some Subway systems I would be fine. Certain Subway systems are entirely automated, but every X time period you have to push a button or the train auto brakes. This way the plane is fully automated, while having the back up of humans behind it.

@Settings: And what happens when these computers glitch? Or get a virus? I'd rather a pilot fly me, than some computer.

I would like that, as long as they put a physical area along the bottom for the home, back, menu, search. I would have no idea how to click home on that as is. But I do want

That $1 a month difference gives me one DVD out at a time. And with a majority of the good movies on Netflix being DVD only, I am glad to pay that difference.

@OMG! meatbag_: I was wondering if the device makers(HTC, LG, Motorola, etc) need permission from Google to make it.

I use the camera on my phone on a semi regular basis. That is a large deciding factor in my phone purchase.

@GStyle: I know what you mean about the T-Mobile not being great in MD. I have a Droid ATM but when my contract is due for an upgrade(November or April of 2011. Not sure) I was hoping to get a WP7 on Verizon. I get great service where I live here. Plus it has service on the metro and Baltimore Harbor Tunnel

Seriously Verizon? Just because you are in bed with Google doesn't mean you can't provide other excellent phones. You are already trying to put Bing on Android phones. Why not put Bing on a Microsoft phone. Makes sense to me.
