Another thing we always consider in product development is not the likelihood of a given failure happening, rather the possibility of it. If it can happen then it shall (Murphy’s Law). The responsibility we expect on a system of currency we bestow on it cannot rely on assumptions of things that “may not likely happen”…

When I develop a product, we take it through prototyping stage to find all imperfections, re-design them out and later release an ultimately (hopefully) perfect product to the market.
