Other than B-61 gravity bombs, the US has no tactical nuclear weapons. The B-61s can be based on Guam, if necessary. The US has no tactical nuclear missiles at all. At one time we had the Pershing IIs and ground launched cruise missiles. They were all retired per treaties.
