I 110% support the Abarth suggestion based solely on the little growl it has. If not, used base model GTI would be excellent.

As I was reading through the list & got to the Focus ST I’d thought to myself “a Golf R would be perfect” haha! Marvellous choice. I have a 2017 TSI now and it’s loads of fun. Drove my buddy’s 2016 R and it’s a blast. When I’m done with my TSI in 3 years I will no doubt be trading for an R. Still torn between DSG &

These speeds on streets are insane. Yesterday in my province an Aventador SV Roadster crashed whilst street racing. Hit 4 cars, then burst into flames. The owner’s wife was ejected & subsequently died on scene. She was only 33. It baffles me, when you have that kind of money, why the fuck wouldn’t you take it to the

Haha Apple takes care of me financially, but yeah it’s literally half my income each month. Just bought wheels for it too. Some insurance company’s here will void your insurance for so much as putting a sticker on your car.

I’m also 19, with a clean record. I bought a 2017 MK7 Golf, I wanted a GTI but it was too pricey (30K vs 40K+) unless I went used... But they were doing 0% financing so yeah. I get my gun fix through expensive airsoft guns!

Fully agree with you mate. US will win every time in terms of material objects. Years ago I lived in California and Illinois for a bit and loved it. Canada is a nice middle ground to me, a lot of the benefits of the US, without the guns. If you dislike the insurance prices, wait till you hear about gas prices! Haha

I was getting a quote for a vehicle I didn’t have (and decided against purchasing for that very reason), and no, we just get screwed over by insurance. The truck I got quoted also wasn’t a luxury trim. It was a used base model work truck. 25K value at best. Granted, the fully loaded ones cost north of 100K up here.

Yes, it’s bonkers.

I wish I did haha.

Speaking of Cadillacs, how do you pay $80K+ for an escalade and still manage to not have LED turn signals in the front?...

I pay as much as the highest insurance rate there just to insure my Golf (1.8T). Not even a GTI. Tried to get a quote for a Ram 2500 a while back and got quoted $12K/year. I also have a clean record. Gotta love Canada.

I think this is the first time I’ve been grateful to live in Canada.

Looks like a Golf competitor, similar engine HP, FWD, stick... Looks exciting

2013 Kia Soul. Belonging to the company who did my training. Ease to keep slow, decent visibility. Maybe it’s just me, but first time I drove it I really struggled to find the brake pedal in the dark.

Am I naïve in asking who the hell would buy a Stinger GT instead of a lightly used 2016 M3 with a stick?

“Normal engine”, I would say my Golf has a normal engine, and I can assure you it does not sound like that.

Am I the only one who genuinely likes it? Obviously it’s nothing close to the gorgeous trucks they used to be, (60s, 70s) but compared to the 2017 Silverado, this thing is gorgeous.

Crown Victoria is the perfect answer. I’d love to pick up one of my own someday, just for some RWD V8 cheap fun.

I wish this were the case. I’ve had people get out of their cars to threaten me after I honk at them when they cut me off.

I wish people would more often give the “thank you” hand when you quite obviously go out of your way to let them in.
