I'm friends with a guy on the Colorado Rapids. His salary is around 60 k a year, he's just a squad rotation player, but still. I sit on my ass and surf the internet 6 of 8 hours daily at work, and make more. I feel for him. Baffles my mind that that they can't pay a professional athlete more.
