I once had a supervisor tell me I needed to be nicer (I work in IT). But I was already old and noped out of that nonsense. I asked her if anyone ever said I acted unprofessionally and if they did she should let me know as I would absolutely address that. Then I asked her if she had asked any of my male coworkers to be

I haven’t seen her live, only on TV.  But what I really like about her is that she is able to make politics and policy personal.  Especially when she talks about her own story.  I think that style has a strong appeal to voters.

They’ll never admit that. Misogynist fucks would happily take away our bodily autonomy and never allow a woman president, all the while insisting they don’t hate women.

Don’t tell me - it’s some boneheaded white dude doing the writing, right? And he interviewed a bunch of other boneheaded white dudes to quote ...?

The only descriptors I’ve seen attributed to Warren’s style in any piece is “wonkiness” and praises for her “personal touch” on the campaign trail.

I’m sure nobodies trying to take shots at her for personal calls to small donors, or waiting hours after campaign stops just so all her supporters can take selfies with

I just attended her townhall in Seattle and I have to say, she had charisma in spades. I really hope she’s our next president.

I doubt the native thing will be an issue. Those who pay attention know she’s addressed it to the satisfaction of the NA community. Meanwhile, Trump has no place criticizing her on that issue - and I expect she'll be prepared with a lacerating comeback if he does.

Trump’s gonna pull that shit with anyone.

Imagine the debate between Warren and Trump” You do realize that she is extremely intelligent?  Pretty sure she’d mop the floor with him.  She’s dealt with bullies before.

Competent women are offputting.

I MEAN CLEARLY SHE’S OFF-PUTTING SHE DOESN’T HAVE A PENIS AND IS SPEAKING IN PUBLIC.

In about three years the streaming services will be accessible through a streaming service streaming service that aggregates them all. Nobody will learn anything.

I dunno- I get this. I don’t like sugar substitutes, and wish they weren’t all marketed as “sugar free!” I was trying to find fruit cups recently that didn’t have added sugar OR a sugar substitute and I ended up giving up. Everything that said “no sugar added” or “sugar free” contained a sugar substitute. Words on

This - I’m vegetarian, and get actively annoyed at products (in the meat section) being called ‘mince’ or whatever when they’re vegetarian. Great, open up plant-based foods to more customers, but I’ve definitely not bought products because I have honestly thought they contained meat, when actually they’re mushroom

There’s definitely some macho posturing by the Meat Industry, but they do have a point that some of the vegan/vegetarian brands are trying to mislead customers. Like, if your product is made from vegetables, you should be able to call it “sausage” “burger” “steak” “chop” or whatever, but also specify “veggie sausage”.

I’m a rancher and a free market capitalist who believes in competition until I start to lose market share at which point I demand regulations put in place because the only thing I care about more about than free market competitive capitalism is rigging the game to make sure I win.

That story about going through a grocery store and accidentally grabbing a Beyond Beef package, he doesn’t say what the bad consequence of that is. Given his position, I’m assuming he thinks accidentally not feeding his son real beef will turn him gay?

Also, what has he done to his children that the only way to end a tantrum is by providing a beef product?

The most horrifying story involves a man who was wearing a helmet purchased off Amazon when he got into a motorcycle accident:

Its the natural end result of their greed and lack of care for their product quality. They value - and have always valued - getting things to customers quickly and taking their cut over ensuring the things they send are actually good. I’ve had to limit my Amazon shopping to a few categories now - for example, no
