Guys! Found out I’m pregnant! We’ve been trying for a while. Pumped and scared and excited. Any advice? I just had to tell someone other than my husband. :)

I got angry at the Fourth of July two years ago. I was pregnant and had just learned that my health insurance wouldn’t cover my 20 week sonogram (because apparently that’s not part of the “prenatal care” that they’re supposed to cover under the ACA?) and I was on my way to our town’s fourth of July community event

I was naturally blonde until I became an adult, at which time started to highlight my hair to retain my previously natural (and lifelong) blondeness. I have been called “Barbie” and “Blondie” in a derisive and condescending way for my entire life. Am I allowed to identify as blonde? Or is my experience being insulted

I am totally baffled by women who aren’t totally fucking angry all day every day right now.

Only landowners are potential rapists?

The kind of person who believe there are good people on both sides.

He still believes that you sluts are all lying harpies out to wreck men’s lives, but he misspoke in that he didn’t mean to say it out loud.

Yeah also Prince headlined in 2008 so don’t bury the lede.

I once got yelled at by co-workers for sharing photos of an old vacation.  Their complaint was that I wasn’t in any of the photos.  In fact, there were hardly any people in them at all, because I was busy taking pictures of the shit I’d never get to see in person again.

I hate myself for knowing this, but apparently they unfollowed everyone but a handful of mental health related accounts to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month

Save your fainting couch for now, Lauren, there is a reasonable explanation. Every month the Sussexes are changing their list of “follows.” They are limiting them to organizations or sites that represent charities, etc. that are “close to their hearts,” for that particular month. Every month will bring focus to

You can stop clutching your pearls, I think Diana would agree. This is a thing they are doing for a reason, and that reason has zip to do with family drama. The official follow list for the Sussex account will highlight organizations that promote mental health, as May is mental health month. It’s going to read like a

Much like all the men pretending they’re too scared to hire or work with women in the wake of Me Too.

This and I will never forgive Mitch McConnell and the rest of the Republicans for their partisan BS and refusing to confirm any of Obama’s judicial nominees because it was an election year .

Looks like the appeal is working its way through the courts, still, but so far the courts have ruled that because he uses his personal account to conduct government business (namely announcing government actions) he cannot legally block anyone(?).

I thought they determined that as long as he’s making presidential declarations from his personal twitter account, you know, as sane, rational adults are wont to do, it was considered an official account and he couldn’t block. I also think they are still appealing the ruling so I don’t think it’s gone into effect yet.

I like to remind people that there were literally millions of us who lived in NYC, and despised Trump long before he ran for president. Before The Apprentice, even. I am happy to be in the same company as someone as awesome as Chrissy Teigen.

Miss Teigen obviously knows a shitstick when she sees one. I like her very much.

I’m really curious as to how the litigation on if trump can in fact block people on Twitter is going.  As President... he shouldn’t be allowed to do that, as argued. And everything he tweets... and deletes becomes archived forever.
