Oh my, what a sad turn of events! Sorry to hear it. Hoping you find the right partner who actually respects and heeds your signals and words.

Yes. Also, sorry to hear your best partner is in your past (curious what happened? No need to share. Just curious.) If not this man, cheers to more amazing partners in your future.

“ Bim Adewunmi talked about wanting a show where Gabrielle Union and John Cho are a married couple who run a B&B in Vermont and honestly, that’s my dream show.”

“ Which seems to be a common theme with a lot of young men—they like a much wider variety of bodies than what they see in the mainstream, but face immense social pressure to pretend they don’t.”

Yes, thanks for this comment. I’ve had dreams where I was bitten by something (once a shark, once a dog, once a cat) that I could actually feel, and they were so painful, but nope, all a dream. Your mind can actually make you feel stuff physically is what I’m trying to say.

YES PLEASE to the alien abduction sketch with Kate and Melissa. Make this happen, SNL!

Please explain - what did she do that she shouldn’t have done? Genuinely want to know.

Or tax cuts for just.....people? Regardless of relationship to others (either human or animal).

My 2017 also ended with a funeral for a young family member that I was incredibly close to and it was so emotionally agonizing. I’m being purposely vague on their identity/gender/age and relationship to me, but they were WAY TOO YOUNG to die by several decades. And I too wonder about all the horrible people out there

Not recently, but I took improv classes in order to get over my absolute terror over public speaking (which I was forced to do for work.) I really really really really really dislike public speaking, so this was no small task.

You can absolutely (request, rather than demand) more time with her. One of my major pet peeves with adults is when they drop their friends in favor of their significant others. It’s an absolutely shitty and immature thing to do (like there is no confidence that if you’re separated from your lover for a few hours,

In one of your replies you also mentioned liking dark stuff, so may I suggest THE FALL on Netflix (turn on your subtitles, even though they speak english. REally easy to watch despite this tip.) Also, Broadchurch. Also, OZARK. So much love for Ozark. Also, Travelers.

My hack: BUY MULTIPLES of things you use constantly! Keep them in multiple locations where you use them. This list of items will be unique to each person.

Yes to this. I do not see Jenna in a desperate-to-keep-the-high-school-vibes alive way. I see her as someone who is keenly aware of the show’s impact on the fans, and how much the fans love her/that show, and is therefore kind about the continued interest and questions about it. Everyone’s favorite celebrities embrace

I don’t know, I see this behavior from regular everyday nobodies in my facebook feed. There is a thing with social media that immediately makes people want to vent their unheard selves. If they’re not being heard in their relationships, they decide to hop on social media because then they’ll be heard by someone.

“I don’t understand why people are freaking out about this.” Because sometimes (a lot more than you think) people are there during the daytime hours. Just went to WDW in 2017 and some of my relatives (especially the older ones) went back to the hotel mid day to nap.

I’m this way too - me and my husband always leave the DND sign on our hotel room for the entirety of our stay. And you know, just to be graphic, when you’re taking a shower together or in the throws of passion, you’re not exactly always ready to answer a hotel staffer who knocks before entering. The problem I have

Even more important would be to eliminate “first past the post” voting. It’s what we have now, and eliminates great candidates from getting into office.

Much as I hate Drumpf as president, I DO think people who are not lawyers should be allowed (and expected) to run for president. It’s always been that way. And pretty much anyone (including all of us) can absolutely learn the wheels of government (before they step into office. Which Oprah would absolutely do. She’s a

Me and my husband watched it and thought it was fantastic. Also, as someone above said, the comedy delivered by the main actress during her stand ups within the show wasn’t laugh out loud and don’t expect it to be, because those bits are set pieces for the character, rather than a comedy special in and of themselves.
