(Ugh, I’m old enough to remember the fondue craze.) In Arkansas, we host the World Cheesedip Championship... and just this week our cheese dip beat out Texas’ queso in a blind taste-test. (Republican legislators voted, for what that’s worth.) No need for a tiny fork-spear... the trusty tortilla chip will suffice.
