The state of NC has given VinFast a TON of tax incentives to build a plant in the state. I don’t think taxpayers are gonna get what they literally bargained for.

I think it’s the type of Honda dealer who goes out of it’s way to get strange cars so they can get people on the lot because the have zero hondas.
