I just purchased the game on PC and played it for about 30 mins on my lunch break. I was pretty impressed and the AI seems to be on point. Well worth the 30 bucks unlike the 60 I dropped for no man’s sky and was totally underwhelmed :X

You can just stream your Xbox One to your PC. Check out the Windows 10 Xbox app. Its surprisingly good and if you’re on a local network its not laggy at all. It has other features to like controlling your Xbox, using keyboard for fields that require text and so on.
