2017 911 Turbo SS Turbo Doppelkupplungsgetriebe Turbo
2017 911 Turbo SS Turbo Doppelkupplungsgetriebe Turbo
I was wondering the same thing last night! Now that the base model 911 is turbocharged, is there really a point to having a “Turbo” model? I guess the Turbo designation will just refer to a faster 911 now instead of a specifically turbocharged one.
They should change the name to the 911 turbo Turbo. I’d buy it and park it next to the Ferrari LaFerrari.
Porsche be like:
Yes it does.
MSRP is irrelevant on this beast. The dealers will mark these things up by $20K or more. Listen up, Ford: I’m in the market for a Raptor, but as long as your scumbag dealers ask more than sticker my money stays in my pocket.
It’s a performance truck, not a Prius competitor. No one.... not one customer, or anyone with half a brain... thinks that this truck is ever going to get any sort of acceptable fuel efficiency. It’s the opposite of what this truck was designed for, and none of it’s buyers will ever complain about having to fill it up…
And living with it sucks. Go over to the Chysler bulletin boards and the will become obvious to you.
Fucks sake the start/stop on my Cherokee drives me fucking crazy. That slight delay as it starts back up is wicked annoying, especially after getting into it after driving my Charger.
This engine is going to have the dreaded “start/stop” feature, wherein it shuts itself off at stoplights, etc.
Mr. Potato Head has some odd theories about foreign policy, but at least he’s to the left of Kaine on abortion rights and trade practices.
But if it was details of the Republican party that would be cool right? Only sucks when it doesn’t fit your agenda. Kinda like free speech.
I’m not sure Gawker should be calling anyone who publishes personal information a “dickhead” as you really don’t have a leg to stand on in that argument.
Jalopnik has usually had higher standards than the rest of the Gawker sites, so that’s why I’m disappointed.
Without getting overly political, they’re both godawful candidates, and choosing between the two is like choosing which of my cars I’d want to drive off a cliff.
That’s fine, and I’m not disagreeing with that. Trump is a terrible candidate. That’s not the issue here. I just don’t want to see political stuff on Jalopnik. I want to read about cars, dammit.
I don’t, I just want to read about cars on a CAR-BASED BLOG. Is that really too much to ask for?! I already read about politics in literally every other form of media, I just want to read about cars when I come here.
Believe me, I am the opposite of PC, I just don’t think profanity is required to tell the goddamn news. Some of Gawker’s posts are downright sophomoric with how much profanity they try to put in. It’s like a kid that’s just discovered the word “fuck” recently.
Not new by any means. I’ve been reading and commenting on Jalopnik for years now. I’m just not a fan of the increasingly political stuff that’s started spilling over from the sewers of Gawker. Jalopnik is supposed to be about cars. This story is hardly even newsworthy, let alone worth posting on Jalopnik. Might as…
Thank you. And just for the record, I don’t support Trump either, but apparently that doesn’t matter to the Gawker comment hate train.
