Not an expert, but every hp made has an associated heat cost. Why the veyron has something like 12 or whatever radiators. Vette likely doesn’t have enogh rad to support the hp numbers. Probably would require a front end redesign, which is too $$$ and can’t be retrofitted.

I think literally any other owner would be a boon. They don’t understand product hedging. Not to say they should stop making cruisers, but that they should make something besides cruisers. Ignoring the rest of the industry is never a good decision.

Even if they go belly up it is an icon, someone will buy the brand. Too valuable. probably will be a Chinese or Indian firm though, I don’t know anyone in the industry outside of maybe honda that could swing it.
