Apple isn’t breaking the law, anyone can jailbreak their phone and run whatever software they want on it. CydiaMod or whatever jailbreaking software is called these days still exists for a reason. If the law was so “crystal clear” then someone would have litigated them by now.

It’s not a problem at all. Apple has the right to control what is allowed on their platform (iOS). Don’t like it? Then don’t buy Apple. Or jailbreak your device as you said. Where there’s a will there’s a way. But you can’t force Apple to make it easy and just allow you to do what you want with your device.

Simply “suck in your gut.” Proper posture involves keeping the abdominals contracted anyways, and while it’s not the most efficient abs workout (crunches and planks help way more IMO), over time you develop endurance so it gets easier to hold the position.
