I almost like Mercy 100% as she is. I can be effective as mainly healer, but can also do a lot of interesting and unexpected damage that lead to WOW moments and comments. She is difficult to play, with more strategy than most realize, when played to her FULL potential which is:

I don’t like the changes. When trying to achieve other goals via patrols and events, the faction system makes those harder, you contribute less in group activities, and you become a faction leech who sits back to stay live, contributes less damage, becomes a cause of missing a heroic trigger etc.
