My guess is he might, but only if the series goes to at least six games.

I’m a Celtics fan who roots for LeBron in the Finals (since he left the Heat anyway), and even I got a little sick to my stomach at the end.
Hot(ish?) take: Would it be better for the Cavs to start some fucking possessions with the ball in someone else’s hands? When the D knows that every trip down the floor is going to begin and end with LeBron, they don’t have to do a hell of a lot.
LeBron played great (obviously), but they can’t start and end every possession with him. It makes the Cavs way too easy to guard, and besides, LeBron will probably die of exhaustion by Game 3.
You’re right, it was probably a random, non-affiliated person who happens to have the same last two digits as his wife, and who also happened to deactivate all three accounts the same day the team was asked about them, and who also happens to REALLY love defending the dude and his collars, and who also happened to…
The odds of any specific person having that combo at the end are 1 percent. (The possibilities range from 00 to 99.)
Isn’t there a decent chance that they all beat up on each other and knock each other out of their RPI rankings?
Really excellent point.
Ughhh.
I think LeBron deserves a fourth more than CP3 deserves a first, if that makes any sense.
I’m sure they’ll attract a star. I don’t know why LeBron would go there, though, as I can’t imagine them winning a title during the two years or so he has left at the end of his prime.
I’ve been more certain and more wrong plenty of times before, but I just don’t see why LeBron would want to sign with the Lakers. Does adding him make the Lakers favorites against Golden State, Houston, or even San Antonio? I think he’s going somewhere he thinks he can win a chip next year.
Yeah, that’s totally fair. Honestly, I just don’t like the face he makes when he complains. It’s totally petty on my part, and has nothing real to do with how great he is.
The reason the foul-whining annoys me (and really, it’s not that big of a deal) is because, to me, it seems almost more aimed at the cameras than the refs. Like, he knows he’s not going to get the call, but he wants to make sure everybody else knows the only reason he missed is because he got hacked.
I don’t see the Lakers getting good again until they get a different management team. But I love me some Lakers/Celtics, and it would be cool to see both teams vying for the Finals again soon.
Wow, that’s a lot of ... assumption? Projection? Not even really sure what you’re doing.
Honestly, even as a Boston fan, I felt that way.
Dear God he’s fun to watch.
Eh, neither team could shoot.
Wait, who said that? That’s dumb as fuck.
