Also, I did mention the Celtics’ injuries. As in, their best players are injured, so they’re currently living their worst-case scenario. And their worst-case scenario is putting the Sixers in the shitter where they belong.

Think about what you just said: It took half a decade of trash basketball for this team to get back to where it ALREADY WAS, and its fans are crowing like they just won the goddamn Finals.

Yeah, I’m an overall Boston fan (except fuck hockey), and although I root for the Pats, I don’t actually *like* them. I do love Brad Stevens, Jason Tatum, et al.

Spo may be underrated, and I don’t like the idea of giving people credit for theoretical accomplishments, but it’s nearly impossible for me to imagine Stevens losing a series with LeBron, Wade, and Bosh.

At this point, I’m convinced that Stevens could coach whoever the hell happens to currently be playing for Butler to the Conference Finals.
