I think it's actually word order, and was supposed to be "so this isn't news completely."
Love, love, love this episode. The final fight of Mako and Bolin vs Ghazan and Ming-Hua was wonderful. I think the series has been doing a good job of illustrating how Mako and Bolin have become stronger fighters when bending, rather than simply athletes. Bolin always used to use earth-disks in fights, and now he's…
Yeah, I think the last season would have been much better if it had more time. There were actually a lot of little moments I liked, but overall it felt rushed.
Hm. I don't know if Season 1 would have changed your opinion - I think those qualities were amplified. But I think those aspects of the characters are what I liked about them. I felt that there was a great sense of continuity in Tara's and Christian's struggles with those parts of themselves. Many of their problems…
That's why I can't think about it too much. It doesn't really make sense.
"It's worst when powerful villains become antiheroes and conveniently become totally fucking useless as soon as they're fighting for the other side."
Huh. Wow. Yeah, um, I loved Tara and Christian, and Sammy personally bored me most of the time (although I didn't dislike him).
So, I've taken everyone's advice after Jordan Rodrigues' appearance on The Fosters, and watched Dance Academy. Great show and all, but now I cannot handle Christian (what's his name on this show) with Marianna. Where's Tara? Why is the dance team so lame on The Fosters? When is Christian going to bust a move?
Agree to disagree. While I find this season interesting and funny, with a bit more heart than the previous seasons, I haven't found the overall plot too compelling yet.
Ooh, yeah. Although, maybe it's kind of the same, since the four nations kind of seemed to come together to build the future.
I'm really hoping that next season, which is supposed to deal with the Fire Nation, we get more of Zuko and his daughter.
The fluffy part, if you ask me. Beginnings had the drama, humor, and character development of the original series.
Beginnings was the only time watching LoK that I've loved the show as much as TLA.
It makes me really want to see Zuko's daughter, and find out how he was as a parent.
…I really miss Sokka's meat jokes.
Omg, even S2? That really is sacrilegious.
Liked for the last point.
Oh, come on, Tommen wouldn't eat a bear. He's not into animal cruelty.
I like you're first sentence, it's really on point. Gene Yang has the voices of the characters down. I just get frustrated with the slips that really interrupt the experience for me.
