This. Tigh's an asshole, but Starbuck's not exactly a model officer. Everyone tolerates her because she's the best there is at what she does.

Great start, Zack.
Good observation. There's a reason for that. Keep watching.
That I understood. I was referring to the scene, though, where Rollins was on the iPad saying, "I'm not even sure what I'm doing here."
From your lips to God's ears, friend.
That painful sun, scorching Jimmy's retinas after a bout of day-drinking.
Jeffrey Donovan's amazingly bratty and petulant reading of "Where am I supposed to look?" was fabulous. It was the sort of tone a seven-year-old would take when he's trying to pick a fight with his older brother.
Really kinda liked the inversion of the "incorruptible cop fights the self-satisfied mob boss" trope with Kido and the Yakuza boss. Not that it makes Kido any less of an asshole, but it was neat to see the Untouchables story from a different angle.
Yeah, "Mark Millar" and "nuanced" don't really feel comfortable in the same sentence.
There's a great poster for the University of Utah's humanities department. The top half of the poster shows a scientist celebrating over a hatching egg. It reads, "Science can tell you how to clone a tyrannosaurus rex."
Also, if hoping that Hank and Floyd get together at the end of this season is wrong, I don't want to be right.
Mike and the Last Kitchen are about to do unspeakable things to Simone, when Lou kicks the door down, slugs the Last Kitchen, and puts his gun on Mike.
It'll probably pick up right where Jessica Jones left off. They'll have to do a fair amount of flashback, due to Luke's time in prison and the experiments that gave him that skin. Maybe they'll even tie IGH into that, too.
"Breeders."
A nice little nod to Luke's backstory, where he a.) bugs out when the cops arrive, and b.) admits that his name isn't on the bar's paperwork.
That closing shot of Luke Muthafucking Cage sauntering out of the flaming bar while ON FIRE was just everything.
The Jessica/Killgrave battle of wits is fantastic. It starts with the Gordian Knot of how you fight someone who can make you act against your will, and it's been wonderful watching Jessica constantly working through Plan B and C and D and E.
Liked the little Simpson-might-be-Nuke Easter egg too.
Nice to see Gretchen going full Suge Knight on someone.
My favorite of the series so far. Will, it's gotta be a relief when your subject is this expansive and generous with his time.
