What on earth makes you think vandalism is heroic?
What on earth makes you think vandalism is heroic?
Elaine Herzberg was killed in Arizona in 2018 by a self-driving Uber.
I don’t see how this could be a civil matter. This wasn’t a group of people trying to protect a friend or retaliate against it for hurting someone, it was a mob of opportunistic assholes who wanted to break and smash something. It could be an autonomous car or it could be the storefront of a store. There was no…
Are you high? In what world should we accept egregious vandalism as a “cost of doing business”? If someone ever breaks into your house and shoots you, I assume that’s “cost of owning a home” then? No emergency service involvement right?
There are already laws on the books. Use them.
I think it’s probably well established by now that these people don’t give an eff about having their faces and misdeeds recorded.
While also recording yourselves vandalizing it, no less.
I was kind of thinking the same thing. Like yes lets attack the thing covered in cameras broadcasting 24/7 that seems like a smart idea.
Go ahead, attack the thing that has a 360 degrees camera field-of-view, is constantly recording and beaming said footage to the mothership, and also is expensive enough that its owner might want to sue you into the ground.
I am convinced that if there was a vote that we could get a really good universal health care system (like Germany or Finland) AND better public transportation network where all we’d have to give up are the fucking guns, it would not have a chance of passing.
Yes, but that’s also insane.
jesus sister in law was an EMT for 4yrs before going into emergency medicine, and not a single person she worked with was allowed to conceal carry. You must live in an ass-backwards state.
“noting we were a “a long way from DC” and asked what we were doing.”
NO!.. he thought they were transvestite immigrants who were trying to give him gender reassignment surgery before making him buy an EV, installing LED bulbs in his house, and then take his job.
I think it’s 50% being scared about everything because of a high consumption of Fox News and 50% just itching for someone to set foot on your property so you can get your gun off... also due to an over consumption of Fox News.
Is the famous “southern hospitality” I hear so much about?
William Randall Franklin reportedly opened fire on the two men coming onto his property for help. Both Cauthen and the driver, who has not been named, were also armed and returned fire. All three men were hit by gunfire at some point, leaving Cauthen dead and sending both Franklin and the driver to the hospital for…
See, the problem here is that everyone assumes that they’re the good guy with a gun. And unfortunately, all those good guys are tryhards who really REALLY want to show just how good a guy they are and so the second something happens, out comes the gun and... this.
This country’s gun culture is fucking off-the-rails absurd.
Uh... these days most grocery stores have either free or very cheap home delivery. Wish it had been like that for my 95 year old grandad because had there been we would have set him up versus him eventually getting T-boned at a red light because he didn’t see it.
