To be fair, there were so many people for whom Harry Potter was the only books they ever read and their sole cultural touchpoint (except for perhaps The Office and Friends) that who could expect them to understand any of the cryptobigotry?  

Some are more stupid than others. And quiddith was one of Rowling’s worst bits of worldbuilding (I’m not including her throwing out nonsense about wizards magicking away their own feces which I don’t think is actually in the books or even consistent with them).

This is literally the first I’ve heard of this series coming up, and I am absolutely here for it. The MacGruber movie was so damn underrated. It very well might be my favorite SNL spinoff movie of all time.

I will never understand the Kate McKinnon love. I find all of her impersonations to be so grating, and just not funny.

They probably don’t care because they don’t have to. People will line out the door to buy these regardless of build quality - the fanbase is the same type of image-focused people who line up to buy the new iPhone every year. I suspect Tesla would make more of an effort if their build quality started to affect sales.

Really having a hard time with Philipe saying “Calvary” instead of “Cavalry.” It’s not easy out here for us pedantic fussbudgets.

People don’t get that MacGruber was one of the most important films ever made. I mean, they just don’t get it man.

Have you seen The Ref? It’s an underappreciated darkly funny Christmas story. The cast is fabulous. Thank goodness Keven Spacey’s character gets a come-uppance in this one.

I will never stop laughing at the lusty way Danny DeVito says “whoor.”
