Isn’t the US the only place that garnishes the G&T with lime? Everywhere else I’ve been uses lemon, which I prefer. That said, there’s nothing wrong with tinkering and I’m keen to try this. Are these leaves anything like kaffir lime leaves? They sure look like them.

Odd. I grew up in Wyoming and have never pronounced them the same and can’t really remember anyone else doing that either, though the map claims otherwise. In fact, until I read this it never even occurred to me that they could be pronounced the same. I suppose it’s possible that I just never noticed.

The Scottish are British (Bond has always been half-Scottish in the novels though I’m not sure it was mentioned in the films until Skyfall).
