@ygolohcysP: My screen is never really cluttered to begin with either. I'd probably hate it since I work better when I multitask.

I hardly ever use or need full screen modes since I have 1920x1200 resolution. I love it.

Looks nice...

@lot: Like I said to @PeterisP, I would search for the company name, and omit the www and .com/.net from the search. Then you're actually searching and not trying to go somewhere precise.

@PeterisP: I can understand that, but if I were to do the same thing, I would search Google for "company name" not www.companyname.com. Follow?

How many people do you know type web address into a search box, THEN click the link to go to the same address? Drives me crazy.

This looks like a population map to me. Or, a population map of twitter users.

I took apart my DeWalt drill transmission and cleaned it. It's not hard, but pay attention to how it comes apart. Have some good grease on hand to rebuild with.

@SophT: If it's that crowded around, then the article is probably irrelevant since you probably already have the network well secured with very tough encryption and perhaps even MAC Address authentication. Maybe you even have the network not broadcast the SSID, although that trick doesn't work so well.

Human Method: Ask!

@xkevin108x: I have the APKs.. but I can't get updates that way... and Market telling me update is available is just annoying. I paid for it, and shouldn't have to go through the trouble. I guess I should have pirated the app in the first place!

@john.e.woven: I don't seem to have a problem with the UI differences in apps. They're different dev teams and such, but I find each app is well themed for it's purpose.

1. When I perform a Call History restore (after syncing contacts to my Google Account) using MyBackup Pro, the contacts all show up as (Unknown). If I call or receive a call from one of them, their name and picture shows up for the new call, and fills in properly SOMETIMES for SOME of the pre-restore entries, but not

@thediscoursebrand: Well, yes. Apple "introduces" old/current technology to their product lineup and acts like it just came out and that YOU NEED IT. OS X and nice designs aside, you can build an equivalent PC as far as specifications go to many Mac models for significantly less money. Hell, I just got a Dell

It's less laptop for more money. Yesterday's technology. Today.

@das7002: Right, but I think they should at least make it more of an option to roll your own update.

Google needs to have a stance/policy about this, but more importantly, they need to enforce one.

I've always found the best way to learn and understand code is to dissect someone else's. Have the documentation or API handy and wrap your head around it.

I think you can also still use old Google Apps URL.
