Good idea but false equivalence. People largely have a choice as to whether or not they want to smoke. The use of fossil fuel in cars and transportation, at the present day, is much less of a personal choice for the 99%.
Don’t know where you are, but plenty of people in NYC wear N95s around. Just the other day I saw a lady in a full Tyvek suit with gloves, goggles, and N95 getting groceries. But again it’s NYC, where you can wear only trash bags out on the streets and nobody bats an eye.
Judging by the large percentage of shoppers in my local Whole Foods actually filling Amazon Prime paper bags, the grocery delivery market in general is just too happy to take your orders.

There’s an indoor track facility across the street from NYP (the Armory). I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s converted to a field hospital should they need a space for milder but still hospitalized folks.
