My wife suffers from chronic migraines. Garlic is a trigger for her. As are onions, soy, tomatoes and other foods, all of which she loves and wishes she could eat.

Sounds like Underwood’s countersuit for fraud and breach of contract had merit. The overcharging was probably a result of dissatisfaction with Huy Fong’s business practices.  Still not right, but a small part of a larger picture of a disfunctional business deal.
