How deflating was it for you and Mr Lynch when the show was axed prematurely? Did it alter you approach to writing and producing from that point? Did it kill your creative buzz even, or did you get a whole FU attitude toward the powers that be etc...?

Fire Walk With Me gives a slightly different take on Leland — in the show he seemed more so to have been possessed by BOB, while in the movie, it seems more like his ongoing molestation of Laura was by Leland himself (when he says, “I thought you knew it was me”). I interpreted this as BOB being Laura’s hallucination…

Whose idea was it to come up with the rivial series? Like did you guys like just come up with a idea one afternoon last spring or was it like several meetings over the course of like the last few years? Why did Lynch leave the revival series for three months and how did that get resolved?
