Why is it not permissible to use pre-made mixes? You could just as easily add a tea bag to hot water and then throw in some swiss mix.

I went to the link but am still confused about one issue: do you infuse the tea after you have heated the hot cocoa? Or do you infuse the tea in hot water and then add a bit of that "tea" to the existing cocoa?
