I didn't know that Jenna Elfman was one! That gives me mixed feelings indeed.

And I recall answering you with a very hearty "yes". Even when I rewatched the season it still seemed very shocking. I loved season two maybe more than the first (the last stretch of episodes are very strong but one i thought ran out of steam a bit), and the darkness is probably the main reason.
I actually agree that she isn't a strong actress. She's better at writing, but if she has written a character herself she usually does pretty well. Liz and now Andrea are good examples.
Rule 34 is coming into effect as we speak.
Heh, I never actually knew about that until you mentioned it. I don't generally have an opinion on her one way or the other* though.
I'm inclined to say his reading of "a person can outgrow a kimono, it happens all the time. They don't fit anymore. You happy now?" is his best reading. But Tituss Burgess is firing on all cylinders this season, so it's pretty close.
There has never been a movie or TV character who has scared me as badly and as consistently as Bob did. Every time he came on the screen, even in rewatchs when i knew he would show up, I jumped a bit.
it's really very.
I only just caught up on You're The Worst and although all the leads are very good, her performance in season 2 was something else.
I loved Vader Down. An animated version of that would capture my attention very quickly.
I'm no expert on him but he has a tendency to think 'gloomy angst' is the same as realism, which can be very grating. He's also pretty sucky at consistent characterisation.
First half of season 1 > First half of season 2
Second half of season 2 > Second half of season 1
Agreed. Both sides need to be separate so that the story isn't overrided by tumblr obsessions.
I'm not defending that group of the fandom, but they were baited pretty hard on social media to support the ship, and repeatedly told that Lrxa would never die. Maybe if the writers hadn't gotten involved the backlash wouldn't be so extreme.
It's one of those 'my mum really likes that show!' shows. Which doesn't mean it's bad but it's not worth 9 seasons, especially if one is sans Katic.
I was slightly shocked the show went there even knowing it's officially a Netflix show. So yeah, no way would NBC have aired that ever.
If you rewatch that scene one of the women in the salon(?) Is so close to breaking into laughter.
They have a yellow one as a main character on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Hathaway is very talented and she'd act the hell out of it. But there is nothing about her that says 'Judy Garland'. Also, nitpicking here but this bugs me, she is way too tall. Garland was tiny.
I think Affleck would make a killer adaptation of The Long Halloween. But the casting news for that would break the internet every time one is announced.
