I didnt have a problem with it at all, I found it quite inspired actually. But I don't think they should go much further with it unless they bring her parents in to meet the other characters. So, really just no more flashbacks.

I watched Touch of Evil for the first time last week and my immediate thought upon finishing it was that the tumblr whiners would have a field day with being offended by it. I enjoyed the film a lot but Heston playing Mexican was probably considered absurd even then.

A good friend, with whom a usually share taste/interests with, refused to watch Schumer in anything following her jokes about stereotypical African American names. Which is a mild thing to get offended over considering her other material. I genuinely don't get how the satire isn't obvious. The Hispanic joke is a joke…

The Marcia/Chris stuff is admittedly fun, even if if don't love Fey's performance in the role.

I wasn't around for the OJ trial but I understood the joke. Despite that understanding I still think it was an ill conceived plot. It could have been brilliant, but it wasn't.

The trial was just too stupid. As great as Hamm is I thought most of it was poorly realized. The lawyers were especially bad. It really goes to show that Fey has a very limited character set she can play. The show works better when it's small scale, but I wouldn't trade Titus on TV for anything.

She's a really great comedy writer, and frequently excels when she has written the material herself, but she really just plays some variation of herself /Liz in everything. 30 Rock is one of my favourite shows ever but I would never say it was her acting that made it so.

I have seen…one of those shows and it was Master Of None. Which is indeed excellent. I'm such a lazy shit for not watching Fargo, I know.

I might be in the minority of people who….. Have never seen Leslie Jones in anything. (I don't watch SNL.)
