No, not how it works. Galaxy just manages the DRM free files for you, the Witcher versions are the same with or without Galaxy and you can run the Galaxy install with Galaxy off.
Nope, it does. GoG has it’s own program similar to steam. The Witcher 3 is a good example. It’s easy to get the dlc’s and expansions.
