@willyolio: I'm *this close* to painting a yellow cross on the roof of my #213-2 "Mid Blue" (Swedish flag background colour) 244... Decided it's going to happen, I'm just not sure when.

@nickneo: You said what I wanted to say, but in a more concise fashion.

@MasterxAce: Something that safe, powered by the engine from a '77 Accord, would most likely make my slushbox N/A Volvo 244 look like a drag racer. I wonder what they weigh?

@Skunky: ...in which case you would say no to tacos.

@dal20402: Wasn't that a greener shade of minty-fresh? I liked it, but not so much on the Taurus.

@bookling: That's because when teenage girls rear-end someone because they're doing their makeup, there's a couple grand in damage. When teenage boys get drunk and show off, they tend to write off the entire car and often injure themselves, which is much costlier.

@Evil-Jeremy: See, I wasn't sure which way to interpret it at first either, but you'd be right.

Hacking wasn't something you did when you had a cough, it was something you did when faced with excessive undergrowth or a witness to your previous violent crime.

@willyolio: Agreed. Some cars - low-slung ones with tiny mirrors and enormous C-pillars, not to mention jacked-up brodozers - make this extraordinarily difficult, but it doesn't have to be that hard. Anything will let you adjust your mirrors so that your biggest concern is directly behind you, through a tiny window.

@subsammy: Make it a longbed and I'd be content with a gas-powered V6 from a Fusion, though a diesel would be more practical. Stick on the base rubber-mats-and-two-speaker-AM/FM-with-line-in model and anything 'sporty' that's offered, automatic on the more mainstream and fleet trucks.

@TriShield: Did you say "compact" and "not ancient"? I dunno, man - it's a little more bloated than it needs to be.

@MushyHeirloom: Additionally, sir, my congratulations. Bein', like, six-foot-nine, you could get with Leoshi. She don't know you, but yo, she's really fine.

I'm pretty much evenly 6', with long legs, and I'd say that with a more-comfortable driver's seat mounted with its seatback against where the stock rear seat cushion is, our friend Mr. MacFarlane would be thrilled with a Volvo 240. Plenty of headroom... just surprisingly little legroom by my standards. I always find

@JayBrizzle: Verily - except that if you have a semi-sized blind spot, you're driving the wrong damn car.

@vdiddy210 - 4 Wheel Drifted a Power Wagon: Sure, it's a wonderful car. But at 6' tall with long legs, I'd gladly trade an inch or two of headroom for the same amount of legroom. My knees are nearly under the steering wheel, while I have well over an inch above my trademark brown fedora.

I like quirky cars and quirky sex. (I also like both of them to be safe, with a trusted partner, which is why I drive a Volvo. Anyway.)

I only knew three of these (Muntz, CRX roadster, and obviously the P1900) and knew what a couple others were when I saw the name (oh, THAT's what a Powell or Gordon-Keeble is).
