It takes me about 4 minutes and that includes brushing my teeth and peeing. I don’t have a layer of dirt on my legs, hence nothing to wash off.

Mine actually get really dried out in the summer when I am wearing sandals. I don’t generally do anything about it, because I am lazy, but I have gotten a pedicure or two and it is astounding how fresh my feet look afterwards.

Me too. If I was constantly soaping my legs, the skin would peel off from irritation. I brush my teeth in the shower too. While I pee.
