I don’t think anyone expected better - it is a Pilot with a cargo bed. I struggled to break 18mpg average with my old 2013 Pilot.

Beside the fact that it has way more torque than the MX5, and is $600 away from 190hp or so, the sound of that 1.4T engine over the Mazda SkyActive engine should be enough of a reason to go FIAT.
It did - they merge into one but I couldn't see them at that point.
I just watched one of these race a Prius on the on-ramp. They were neck to neck for as long as I could see them. Just bizarre...
Most people with Abarths are not complaining. There are really no common weak spots. Some people have coolant leaks, bit in general, stock examples are rock solid. Fiata is something I will be very interested in few years down the road - if the test drive proves that it is more fun than my 500 Abarth.
230hp is about the very maximum I’ve seen. Even then, they are not fast in 1/4 mile, and are really not that fast 0-60. If you want speed and better interior, and way more tunning potential, buy a FiST. If you want crazy fun on 4 wheels, buy an used Abarth. $12-15k for 2012-2014 models with low miles, and pretty…
I am 6ft, 205 lbs, ton of space for me an my super tall wife. Back seats are useles unless it is an emergency - I had 6'4" 220 lbs and a 6'3" 220 lbs guys in the car with me. Wasn't comfortable, but we fit.
They'll never whip a GTi or a FiST or a FoST , but they sound awesome trying. I love putting the roof down on mine, I don't even use the shitty stereo because the exhaust is intoxicating.
What?? Brakes are just fine on a 2400-2500lbs car, and exhaust is generaly recognized as the best sounding car this side of the F type.
My earliest memory of a car must be riding with my grandpa in his Zastava 750, with furious 27 hp buzzing loudly behind us. I remember being in that car, sitting on the back seat with my grandparents in front, driving over Majevica (technically, a mountain, but after living in Colorado, more like a small hill), with a…
Well, that is a huge generalization, but I get your point.
Sure, and that’s why I said I wish I had that kind of time. I don’t bill every hour, but when someone wants me in my spare time to fix their computer, I bill a very reasonable $50 per hour.
So, if you value your time and want a moving Jeep, buy one that is at least $5000. Good job on this - I wish I had this kind of spare time.
Yeah, because their base pay is so low....
1st gear - I always thought a bonus was something you get when the company is profitable, you do good job and you score high on your reviews. Apparently, the people that decide on high the bonuses should be make that decision for themselves.
Agreed. In general, I hate statistics like these - they sound horrible because the researcher wants them to sound horrible. Hur hur 33000 people could have been saved. But, there are always two sides to the coin.
GAP on a $15000 car should only cost you $200-300. It would probably be a very wise investment on a purchase like this.
“He arrived at the conclusion that 33,000 additional fatalities occurred over the 20-year period as a result of increased speed-limits.”
Fueling...I was about to say that I never, ever see that word used anywhere but on Sean’s motorcycle articles, and it turns out Sean wrote this article too.
Just have to keep begging until one day someone ungrays you :)
