I’m GenX and I remember the ‘80s: There were some cool things about it but I mostly remember being very poor and most things sucking. Even when I was a kid I realized stuff like He Man, GI Joe and Transformers were trash shows, didn’t stop me from wanting the toys though.

And the Subway near where I work is top tier, even some of the new guys coming in say they’ve always hated Subway but this one is quality.

Yeah the meat really isn’t any better but corporate pushed the cost of slicing meat onto the franchisees, which I think was their main goal with this whole thing.

Contrarywise:  I find DC animated action scenes are usually better than live action.  The DC heroes have such crazy power sets that they are really hard to portray realistically on screen.
