Ok but have you heard about ‘AI’ and how it’s going to take all of our jobs, kidnap our kids, burn down our houses, rape our dogs and kill our wives?

Not really though? There are 7.6 million Jews and, though anti semitic violence has increased lately, I’m pretty sure the vast majority of them are perfectly safe.

Generally if I’m going to a nice place I’m having a cocktail before food, a glass of wine with food and a cocktail after food.  My friend is taking me out for a very late birthday meal tomorrow, the place we do that at has $30-50 entrees and I will probably spend at least $30 on booze...hey, I ain’t driving!

I’m pushing back against the idea that ‘AI’ art = automatically bad, because generalization like that is ignorant.

Yeah I’m seeing one of the reasons most restaurants don’t last long and/or don’t really turn a profit.

And $20 each for booze at a place that sells $30-50 entrees is really lowballing it. 

Say that I agree with that statement: It applies just as well to hand drawn art, art created in Illustrator that’s totally hand drawn, art created in Illustrator that makes extensive use of their numerous automated tools, ‘AI’ generated art, etc...

If you can’t sell burgers for a profit then don’t put them on the menu, if you put them on the menu and don’t make money off of them, then complain about it, you’re doing it wrong.

Sure, that’s fine! The first like 5 episodes of the new season were less ‘romcom’ and more ‘Abusive romance that hits the same beats over and over again with a bit of comedy thrown in’, though.

Yeah the ‘recognizing Fascism’ thing especially.
