It technically voids your warranty, but you can always just restore to a backup and it's nothing nothing ever happened. I definitely recommend jailbreaking.

I was able to replicate this pretty well, but for some reason the weather portion of the lockscreen just won't show up. It's there in Clock Builder, but it doesn't carry over to the live lockscreen...
