I also have a LMB/Caramel e39. I’ve been through 3 sets of front seats and 2 sets of door panels over the last 130k miles. It’s so hard to keep the leather from drying out, however I did recently find a way to re-dye it and it has been holding up really well. This picture was at 174k mi before shampooing the carpets:

I’ll give one a drive once they hit showrooms, but having just lemoned a Fiesta ST I’m not too crazy about hopping into another new car right away.

Back to the e39 M5 that has been on DD duty for the last 7 years and 110k+ mi. The Fiesta only relieved the bimmer of her duties for ~2000 mi...
