Hey, if a gas LT engine can be good enough for a Porsche 924 then a diesel one should be... wait, this isn’t going where I wanted.

You can keep your gold fish in here.
The commercial diesel from the VW LT is a lousy engine. Loud, agrarian, not that reliable, not particularly frugal either.
Garner is 1000% hotter than SJP.
An old, thirsty, slow, beat up, rusty “Land Dawdler”. What the F**k for? So, so many other better choices at the same money. This should be priced in the $1,500 territory. Crack pipe at that price. Confused as the the new red wire running to the side in the engine bay. Bypassing something?

An unfinished project car with what is likely less power than any 911 since the late 1960's, for close to $20k? That’s a hard no for me. It has no appeal to a collector, and I’m honestly not sure who this could be marketed to (short of someone with a spare German Flat-6 motor and transmission). CP all day.
It died a long long time ago.
I’m sure ze Germans are developing a Final Solution.
