I've been using the V5 series since high school. Did AP calculus with them, and I keep them everywhere. There's at least 2 on my desk at home, and a couple I keep here at the office, and then the box in the drawer at home. It's my go-to pen for all the things.
I love seeing people using old m68k Amigas on the internet, and they're nearly as functional as modern machines.
I'm in the process of repurposing an old Compaq 486 portable, replacing the messed up LCD and *still* perfectly working innards with something a little more modern.
I don't know that I'd use one for anything fancier than an MPD server, and at that point I'd be buying one for each room in the house. Cheap multi-room music FTW.
