I’m a big cloth diaper/pad champion but I forget this, thanks for the reminder! :)

I’m from Detroit and this is hilarious!

As someone else with depression, and chronic migraine, I agree. I can’t judge someone else’s pain but I can try to get them help!

A sort-of Munchasen-by-proxy thing I think. All the sympathy, she’s a victim, none of the suicide for her.

Did that friend go to the police? I haven’t been able to find much on it, but if there’s a trial maybe we’ll find out.

I think she’s a sociopath, depression or not, and encouraged him way more than someone just depressed would do. Good! I hope she goes to jail for a long time.

What....no!

That’s how I took it, I would have been laughing my head off if I was there though. #notallwhitepeoplecrickets

Poor Mr. Bates. If people start tripping him in real life, it’s on!

So this is the real reason for the election isn’t it?! Loki’s fucking with us...seems appropriate.

I hope it happens. Everytime I talk to my parents I just thank the Flying Spaghetti monster we didn’t grow up in Flint. At least they’re still on Detroit water... :(

I grew up in MI and my school didn’t have a nurse but if schools have a lot of Spec. Ed. students, or there’s a big Head Start program in the area they might have a traveling nurse. I think it’s a smart idea for every school to have one, or two.

I haven’t lived in MI (my homestate) for nearly 9 years, and I completely feel this way too. Argh!!!

I know folks that mix the diet and regular soda, but maybe I’ll have to try that with Coke Zero and see. I can give it another try, but I’m trying to back away from pop altogether. The good thing is that if they have Pepsi products, unless I’m having pizza and they have rootbeer, I don’t drink it.

I didn’t get it as a kid, but now I totally do. :)

All the ‘pretend’ sodas are so bitter to me, even the Coke zero. I’d rather have the real sugar. :)

Metabolism slows down as we age, for me it hit in my early 20s, as soon as I stopped exercising intensively 20 hours a week and got into college. We have to keep up weight-bearing exercise to increase bone density and muscle mass as we get older.

My mom is a dietitian so I know better, much better, but over the last few years I’ve gone into a fast-food/pop drinking binge. I gained 20 pounds in a year, and now am obese, and my BMI is 32.1. I’ve tried to stop drinking pop, but it’s just as hard as the fast food, and they are both addictive; which is funny to me

That is getting closer to my childhood kitchen but with brown appliances and orange counter. ick

I like this much better!
