I think a lot of it depends on the fighting mechanics and if they go full crazy like in SoR3. You brought up Roo, but don’t forget Robot Grandpa, Bulldozer Boss, and Multiplying Samurai.

They’d better get the gameplay right. SoR2 is still the gold standard for 2d brawler gameplay. River City Ransom can fuck right off. :P
