I used to take lithium and if I took it on an empty stomach I would end up very sick, which I've heard is a common side effect. I wonder what they put in the 7up to counteract that? Unless the amount of lithium was just to small to have that sort of side-effect.

I agree. Bedsheet manufacturers of the world listen up: I am a woman in my 30's and would totally buy batman or starwars or game of thrones (or many other bedsheets) if they only made them in queen size. I know others who feel the same way. I think you are missing out on potential money here :)

My vote is for noom. It is the easiest app I've found for just being able to quickly track what I've eaten.
