Sounds like a good deal to me. I don’t live in a coastal city, not my problem if they get flooded. It’s already too damn cold around here.

If it means I don’t need to stand around for 30 minutes while my car charges, I’ll prefer anything.
Agreed, the issue with EV isn’t so much range, but more the charging times. 30 minutes is unacceptable.
Automatic? Why bother even selling it? I don’t understand who would buy this.
Jason, good read. You should do some investigation into the effects of EVs on the roads. As EVs proliferate, the average weight of the car which already on the rise due to safety/comfort functions, is going to increase significantly. The instant torque will also cause greater deformation at departure stops. It’s a…
An on-camera death with a follow up funeral isn’t enough to keep a character dead in these series. Hell, they might as well have handed out a notarized certificate of confirmation to everyone in the audience and it still wouldn’t matter because nothing matters anymore.
For contractor related activities, hauling equipment in the back, towing job site trailers, driving through construction sites.
It’s interesting, here in upstate NY our Cars & Coffee scene is a joke. It’s nothing but retired boomers in their 1960's Dodges shunning anything foreign or anything made after 1975. Our car culture up here is terrible.
I absolutely find that I sell cars for a MUCH higher price when I’ve thoroughly detailed them. Presentation and cleanliness is perceived quality in the buyer’s mind.
I find that brake fluid is often one of the most overlooked fluids in a car. You’re supposed to completely flush it once every ~4 years, less for high performance vehicles. It’s not uncommon to find a 10+ year old car with original factory brake fluid.
I am so glad I don’t live in NYC, what a nightmare. You should register your cars in Montana and avoid this mess in the future.
I don’t have data to back this up, but I feel that most people prefer not to buy brand new platforms, they like to wait and let them manufacturer “work out the kinks”. Probably not the worst idea with Tower International completely missing welds on the early run JLU frames...
It doesn’t all fall at once. It falls over 6 months, making bicycles an impractical mode of transportation for half of the year.
I live in a city that gets over 10 feet of snow per winter. The bike lanes here are absolutely pointless. But I concede, they do work in sunnier cities.
I, personally, like small to mid-sized cities. I don’t like backwater rural, nor do I like mega metropolis. I like a city where I can live out in the country about 10-20 minutes away, drive in, and don’t have to take public transportation. Yeah, I know it’s more wasteful to have a 3 car garage plus a pole barn. But I…
It’s not true that the only place to start is asking if it’s still available. I completely skip that step, assuming all of my questions were answered in the ad my first message is: “I’m interested and am available Saturday at 1pm to come take a look, if this time works for you, let me know your address.”
People need to feel like they got a deal, so I list 20-30% above what it’s actually worth, get the lowball offer, eventually settle with what I actually wanted, and they feel like they won. This tactic is significantly more effective at both sale price and sell speed than listing it for a “firm” price at actual value.
I put in the listing “If this is up, it’s still available.”
I literally do not respond to any “Is this still available?” emails or texts. They get immediately deleted.
Speed and power!
As a LC100 owner this is priced too high. The Lexus version typically sells for less than the Toyota badge. Yes the interior is in nice shape and the upgraded bumper/winch is a nice touch, but realistically with the badge and miles this should be closer to $10-11k mark.
