I’ve basically given up on my weber (I probably ought to sell it.) When I want a hamburger, steak or hotdog, I’m not going to spend 30 minutes getting the grill just right and then cook for 4-10 minutes when the gas grill is right there. The added flavor isnt justified by the fuss factor.
